Step-by-step breakdown

Once you submit your application, our team will review it. This can take 7-30 days. Our system will provide automatic updates as your application is being reviewed.

  1. Submit Application - you will receive a confirmation notification

  2. Once a team member begins reviewing your application it will be moved into “Application Review” you will receive a notifaction

  3. Once York Pride has made a decision on your application, you will reciecve a approved or denied notifaction

  4. If you are denied, please don't hesitate to apply in 2027. Do not reapply. If you are approved, you will receive a “phase two of the application” link to a form to collect your information, assets, invoicing, etc., within the notification email. You must follow the deadlines mentioned in the Artist Guide; if you fail to meet these deadlines, your application will be voided, and York Pride will select a new performer from our roster.
